Humans of JDM: Meet Our SEO Team Lead – Dheeraj Shrivastva

As a child, Dheeraj used to dream of ‘foxing’ Ricky Ponting with his ‘doosra’ and helping India lift their second Cricket World Cup. To his dismay, he injured his left ankle and his dream never saw the light of the day. A lot of dreams followed till he finally understood that marketing was his true calling.

Dheeraj is a part of our young and dynamic digital marketing team. His tasks primarily revolve around search engine optimization and assisting our clients in driving traffic to their websites. His strength lies in his experience and inexplicable wit that more often than not keeps the mood high on the floor. Helping by nature, Dheeraj is quick to react when a colleague is in need and is always there to support them, aided by his extensive technical know-how of most SEO concerns. To say the least, he is one of the most reliable members of the JDM team.

As we grew from 10 employees to 50 in the last four years, he raised himself from an SEO Executive to an SEO Team Lead today. From foxing Ponting in his dreams to Google today, Dheeraj’s journey has been nothing but inspirational.

His free time is taken up by his son Yuvi who is just as mischievous as he is. Other than this, he is always looking for ways to professional self-improve. He is often found exploring diverse marketing aspects to become a more competent SEO specialist and marketer.

Feeling bored? Not possible when he is around you. He always has a joke all ready to spear through in his quiver. I can say that with confidence as I have shared numerous fits of laughter with him over my 3 years in this company. I can share the details but it is professionally best for me to keep them to myself. Let’s just say if there was a stand-up competition between Chris Rock, Dave Chappell, and him, he would lose. But it will be quite entertaining to watch.

Nevermind…

Everyone in the office adores him not just because he is the stand-up comedian on our team but because of his work ethic. He may throw one-liners every now and then but when he is working on a project, he is not kidding. And that is what makes him one of the most essential members of the Jaw Dropping team.

That said, today, he completes 4 years with us. On behalf of the organization, we thank him for all his contributions to JDM’s success. Cheers to the four years gone by and many more to come.
